Webstores
2000 is a Web application, there are 2 scenarios to run web
applications:
First scenario: online, where users can access
your store and place orders.
You will either need to host Webstores 2000
yourself (require a computer with Web server software installed and
connected to the internet)
Or
host it with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) / Hosting company.
Your ISP must install Webstores 2000 for you. Most ISPs either install Web
applications for free or charge a small fee for doing so.

comes with Webstores 2000 we offer free installation on either your server

Second scenario: offline, where you build and test
your store.
Webcortex gives you a special license
to install an additional copy of Webstores 2000 on your laptop/desktop
computer where you can build / test your store application offline,
then upload it online.
