... bought this for my 13 year old yorkie who loved his daily walks but can no longer
I bought this for my 13 year old yorkie who loved his daily walks but can no longer, do to his age. Well, he might not be able to walk anymore but he can smell. I take him on his walks to his favorite places in this carrier and not only does it look adorable, he seems to really like it. It does have a learning curve to put the dog into by yourself but for an aging dog it looks as though he is very comfortable in it. And hes not missing his walks anymore. And I am happy knowing he still can get out of the house and do what he loves..WALKS! I am so thankful I found this as other carriers didn't seem to have proper support for a senior dog.You can see in the picture how safe and secure he looks.

Chiweenie is adjusting to it. He has a bad leg, so can't hike with us & this solves the problem.

This is a great dog carrier
This is a great dog carrier. I thought I would struggle to get my pug in on my own but the design of the carrier made it very easy.It has zips and Velcro at either side so you can open the sides of the carrier and you can then slide your dog in from one side, zip it up and Velcro the top.The holes in the carrier are perfectly placed and when I first put my pugs back feet in I didn't realise that there was a tail hole too, until I turned around and saw her tail poking out! It is designed so that the holes are in exactly the right place. The carrier itself feels comfortable and you can wear it on your front or back. It also feels very secure and strong. If wearing the dog on your front you wear it so that the straps cross your back and this adds to the comfort as it spreads the weight of the dog.The carrier is easy to get on and off and if you take it off you could leave the dog in for a moment as they can walk and sit etc as all of their legs are poking out, looks like they have a thin rucksack on their back.Getting the dog out of the carrier is just as easy as it was getting it in. Unfasten the Velcro and unzip the side and the dog can be lifted out.Great carrier overall, would recommend if you have a dog like my pug who can't manage a long walk.

This really has become a huge hit for me and my dog :) It's perfect for my little pomeranian, especially for hiking. Or just getting in and out of the car easily. I just need to work up the confidence to wear it out in public.

Nice Ride for Small Dogs
We got this little front pack in the mail yesterday and today was the day I had time to try it out with my Chihuahua. I always take the beagle for walks, but the chihuahua is young and cannot walk very far, not to mention it is very difficult to walk two dogs at a time without a multi-leash. In addition, our little pup gets so sad when I take the beagle for a walk and leave him behind. So, I saw something like this on a TV commercial and thought, "that is exactly what we need!" Today on our walk, I had pup Chihuahua in the front pack and beagle on the leash. They both really enjoyed the stroll. While he didn't get to run around an sniff he was happy to be with us, observing the atmosphere as we walked and sniffing the air. It helped me out tremendously as I had a free hand, and was able to give him the freedom to come along. The only thing I would recommend improving is the top elastic part. If there was a way to put a large Velcro strap over it that could tighten so that I could have my pup more secure against my chest, that would help with having to bend down or do other things.

I love this. I have a Chiweenie named Maizie
I love this. I have a Chiweenie named Maizie. She is stuck to me like glue. I have completely babied her from day one. This little princess ALWAYS wants to be held. This is well worth the few dollars spent to keep her close to my heart at all times, and still be free to move about. It is a little short in the chest for, since she is part dachshund, but all in all its great. I know that it's definitely a paws up from her.

Super little doggie carrier for the money. Our little 14 year old Yorkie (about 5 pounds) loves it!
